原則
This product offers a streamlined method for purifying DNA from blood samples using silica column technology.
The Process:
- 裂解和消化: The blood sample is treated with a lysate solution and protease to break open cells and degrade proteins, 將 DNA 釋放到溶液中.
- Binding to Silica: The lysate is transferred to a silica column. The silica membrane in the column selectively binds DNA molecules, 而蛋白質和其他雜質則透過.
