HiPure Bacterial RNA Kit uses silica gel column purification to simplify the extraction. The whole process does not require phenol chloroform extraction and time-consuming alcohol precipitation. The kit is suitable for efficiently extracting RNA from various bacterial samples. The purified RNA can be directly used for RT-聚合酶鍊式反應, 北方雜交, ETC. The kit has included lysozyme and glass beads, which can be used to treat gram-negative bacteria which is easy to be lysed, as well as gram-positive bacteria which is hard to be lysed, including enterococcus faecalis, staphylococcus, ETC.

原則

儲存和穩定性
MagZol Reagent and Lysozyme should be stored at 2-8°C upon arrival. 其餘套件組件可在室溫下乾燥保存 (15-25℃) 並且至少穩定 18 在這些條件下幾個月. 整個套件可在 2-8°C 下保存, 但在這種情況下，緩衝液應在使用前重新溶解. 使用時確保所有緩衝液均處於室溫.
