TAE is a white to off-white rapid soluble granule. Each bag of TAE rapid soluble granules can be used to prepare 1 L of 1× TAE buffer, offering easy and convenient preparation. The main components of TAE buffer are Tris-acetate and EDTA-2Na, の濃度で 40 mM Tris-acetate and 1 mM EDTA-2Na in 1× TAE buffer.
TAE is a widely used nucleic acid electrophoresis buffer in biology, primarily employed for DNA agarose gel electrophoresis. When TAE is used as the electrophoresis buffer, the migration rate of double-stranded linear DNA is relatively fast. For fragments larger than 13 KB, it is generally recommended to use TAE for electrophoresis separation. TAE is suitable for DNA fragment recovery. しかし, due to its limited buffering capacity, it is not recommended for prolonged electrophoresis (例えば, overnight).

使用手順:
