原理

This product utilizes silica gel columns for efficient DNA extraction:

1. Lysis & 消化: The sample undergoes treatment with a special solution and enzyme to break open cells and degrade proteins, releasing DNA.
2. Binding to Silica: The mixture is transferred to a column. The silica membrane in the column captures DNA molecules, while other substances pass through.
