Principio
This product offers a streamlined method for isolating DNA using silica column technology:
- Lysis and Digestion: The sample undergoes treatment with a special solution (lysate) and an enzyme (protease) to break open cells and degrade proteins, Rilasciare il DNA nel lisato.
