1. Folin-phenol reagent A: (customers need to prepare or use the corresponding kit)

3. Folin-phenol method determination principle:

Under alkaline conditions, protein reacts with copper to form a protein-copper complex. This complex reduces the reagent phosphomolybdic acid-phosphotungstic acid (FolIn reagent), and the mixture is dark blue (a mixture of phosphomolybdic blue and phosphotungstic blue), and the color depth is proportional to the protein content. This method is easy to operate, and its sensitivity is 100 times higher than that of the biuret method, and the quantitative range is 5 A 100 μg of protein.
