Opis proizvoda:

• Pure DNA Polymerase with a molecular weight of 94 KD.
• Possesses 5′-3′ DNA polymerase and 5′-3′ exonuclease activity, but lacks 3′-5′ exonuclease activity.
• Contains 10x PCR Buffer for direct loading, enhancing experimental efficiency.
• Extension speed of 1-2 kb/min.
• DNA template has A at the 3′ end, facilitating direct cloning with TA vector.

Reaction System

• Pure DNA Polymerase: 0.8μl (adjust for amplification needs)
• 10x PCR Buffer: 2μl
• dNTP (2.5mM): 2μl
• PrimerF: 0.1-1μl (10-50pmol)
• PrimerR: 0.1-1μl (10-50pmol)
