Principe
This product offers a fast and efficient method for purifying DNA using silica column chromatography. Voici une ventilation du processus:
1. Lyse et digestion:
- The sample is treated with a lysate solution and protease to break open cells and degrade proteins. Cela libère l'ADN dans la solution.
2. Liaison à la membrane de silice:
- The lysate containing the DNA is transferred to an adsorption plate or filtration column. The silica membrane in these tools selectively binds DNA molecules due to favorable interactions, while proteins and other impurities pass through.
3. Lavage:
- Les tampons de lavage sont passés à travers la colonne, removing unbound proteins and cellular debris that didn’t adhere to the silica.
4. Élution:
- A low-salt buffer is used to elute the purified DNA from the silica membrane. This disrupts the interaction between DNA and the silica, allowing collection of purified DNA in a separate tube.
This method provides a valuable tool for researchers working in various fields that require purified DNA for analysis, comme PCR, Southern Blot, et séquençage de nouvelle génération.
Avantages
- Efficient Purification: Silica column technology offers a streamlined process for isolating DNA from complex biological samples.
- ADN de haute qualité: The selective binding properties of the silica membrane ensure the purification of high-purity DNA, suitable for various downstream applications.
- Flux de travail simplifié: The protocol involves minimal handling steps and centrifugation for user-friendly and efficient extraction.

Stockage et stabilité
Optimal Performance:
- Store Proteinase K and Carrier RNA at 2-8°C (réfrigérateur) upon arrival for best results.
Acceptable Short-Term Storage:
- Proteinase K and Carrier RNA can be stored for up to 12 semaines à température ambiante (15-25°C) without affecting their performance.
Composants du kit restant:
- Stockez tous les autres composants du kit à sec à température ambiante (15-25°C).
- Ils sont stables pendant au moins 18 mois dans ces conditions.
Important Notes:
- If storing the entire kit at 2-8°C, ensure buffers are redissolved before use.
- Always warm all buffers to room temperature before using them for optimal performance.
By following these storage guidelines, you can ensure the longevity and effectiveness of your DNA extraction kit.
