This kit is used for extracting total viral nucleic acid from non-cell/low cell content biological samples such as body fluid, Serum, Plasma, immersion solution, Gewebehomogenatüberstand, culture supernatant, usw., the extracted products can be used for clinical in vitro detection.

Prinzip
This product is based on silica gel purification. Die Probe wird lysiert und mit Lysat und Protease verdaut, DNA/RNA wird in das Lysat freigesetzt. Transfer to an adsorption plate and filter column. DNA/RNA is adsorbed on the membrane, während Protein nicht adsorbiert wird und durch Filtration entfernt wird. Nach dem Waschen von Proteinen und anderen Verunreinigungen, DNA / RNA was finally eluted with low-salt buffer (10 MmTris, pH 8.0).
