DL15000 DNA Marker is a DNA solution containing 1× Loading Buffer, which allows for direct electrophoresis with great convenience, using 5μL. DL15000 DNA Marker consists of seven DNA fragments with sizes of 15000bp, 10000BP, 7500BP, 5000BP, 2500BP, 1000BP, and 250bp, 總計 7 樂隊. 當使用5μL進行電泳時, the DNA content of the bands is approximately 50ng for the 250bp, 1000BP, 2500BP, and 5000bp fragments, while the 7500bp, 10000BP, and 15000bp DNA fragments contain approximately 40ng.

使用注意事項:

• 當電泳樣品孔寬度小於6mm時, 上樣5μL產品即可獲得清晰的條帶. 如果加寬樣品孔, 需要適當增加Marker產品的上樣量.
• 用於DNA電泳, 瓊脂糖的純度顯著影響 DNA 條帶的清晰度. 所以, 建議使用高質量瓊脂糖，推薦凝膠濃度為 0.5% – 1.5%.
• 電泳過程中使用的瓊脂糖濃度與DNA片段的分離性能密切相關. 較高的瓊脂糖濃度更適合分離短 DNA 片段, 而較低的瓊脂糖濃度更有利於長DNA片段的分離.
