The kit offers the unique feature to isolate total RNA including small RNA and DNA from serum and plasma without the need to resort to the cumbersome phenol/chloroform extraction or a time consuming proteinase digest. 原則
本產品以高結合磁性顆粒的純化方法. The sample material is denatured in Lysis Buffer. The protein is then precipitated by Protein Precipitation Solution and pelleted by centrifugation. 加入磁性顆粒和結合溶液後, RNA將吸附在磁顆粒的表面上, and impurities such as proteins will be removed without adsorption.The adsorbed particles were washed with washing solution to remove proteins and impurities, 用乙醇洗滌以除去鹽, 最後通過洗脫緩衝液洗脫RNA.

儲存和穩定性
