MagPure Plant DNA Kit supplies a simple and rapid extraction of genomic DNA from different plant pieces and tissues.The kit is based on superparamagnetic particles purification technology, no phenol-chloroform extraction or alcohol precipitation. 原則
本產品以高結合磁性顆粒的純化方法. 樣品在裂解液和蛋白酶的作用下裂解消化. DNA 釋放到裂解液中. 加入磁性顆粒和結合溶液後, DNA將吸附在磁顆粒的表面上, 蛋白質等雜質不會被吸附而被去除. 吸附的顆粒用洗滌液洗滌，除去蛋白質和雜質, washed with ethanol toremove salts, 最後通過洗脫緩衝液洗脫了DNA.
