原則
本產品以高結合磁性顆粒的純化方法. The sample is lysedand digested under the action of lysate and Protease. DNA 釋放到裂解液中. 加入磁性顆粒和結合溶液後, Large DNA(>500BP) will be adsorbed on the surface of magBindparticles. 儲存和穩定性
