HiPure Plant DNA Mini Kit supplies a simple and rapid extraction of genomic DNA from different plant samples. The kit is based on silica gel column and CTAB lysis purification technology. 原則
本產品以矽膠柱純化. The sample is lysed with CATB Buffer. DNA 釋放到裂解液中. Cell debris, precipitated proteins and polysaccharides are removed by chloroform extraction. After adjust the binding condition, transfer to an adsorption column. DNA is adsorbed on the membrane, 而蛋白質不被吸附並透過過濾去除. 洗滌蛋白質及其他雜質後, 核酸最終用低鹽緩衝液洗脫 (10毫米三羥甲基氨基甲烷, 博士學位, 0.5乙二胺四乙酸).
