• Stool DNA Reagent:
  • A safe stool DNA protective agent.
  • Rapidly cleaves salivary cells, inactivates nucleases, and protects DNA from degradation.
• Sample Processing:
  • Stool samples are soaked in the reagent and shaken violently to disperse.
• Storage Conditions:
  • Samples can be stored at room temperature (25°C) for 15 days.
  • For long-term storage, samples can be stored at:
    • -20°C
    • -80°C.
