• Pure DNA Polymerase with a molecular weight of 94 KD.
• Possesses 5′-3′ DNA polymerase and 5′-3′ 엑소 뉴 클레아 제 활성, but lacks 3′-5′ 엑소 뉴 클레아 제 활성.
• Contains 10x PCR Buffer for direct loading, 실험 효율 향상.
• Extension speed of 1-2 kb/min.
• DNA template has A at the 3′ 끝, facilitating direct cloning with TA vector.
