소개

원칙
This product is based on silica gel purification. 샘플은 용해물과 프로테아제로 용해되고 소화됩니다., DNA/RNA는 용 해물로 방출됩니다. Transfer to an adsorption plate and filter column. DNA/RNA is adsorbed on the membrane, 단백질은 흡착되지 않고 여과로 제거됩니다. 단백질 및 기타 불순물을 세척한 후, DNA / RNA is finally eluted with low-salt buffer (10 MmTris, pH 8.0).

보관 및 안정성
