• Possesses 5′-3′ DNA polymerase and 5′-3′ エキソヌクレアーゼ活性, but lacks 3′-5′ エキソヌクレアーゼ活性.
• Contains 10x PCR Buffer for direct loading, enhancing experimental efficiency.
• Extension speed of 1-2 kb/min.
• DNA template has A at the 3′ 終わり, facilitating direct cloning with TA vector.
