原理
This product is based on silica gel purification. サンプルは溶解し、溶解物とプロテアーゼで消化されます, DNA/RNA がライセートに放出されます. Transfer to an adsorption plate and filter column. DNA/RNA is adsorbed on the membrane, while protein is not adsorbed and is removed with filtration. タンパク質やその他の不純物を洗浄した後, DNA / RNA is finally eluted with low-salt buffer (10 MmTris, pH 8.0).
