Načelo
- Sample Lysis and Digestion: The sample undergoes lysis and digestion facilitated by lysate and Protease, releasing DNA into the lysate.
- DNA Adsorption: Magnetic particles and binding solution are added, facilitating the adsorption of DNA onto the surface of magnetic particles. Impurities such as proteins are not adsorbed.
- Washing to Remove Impurities: Adsorbed particles are washed with a washing solution to remove proteins and impurities, ensuring purity.
- Ethanol Wash: Further washing with ethanol removes salts from the particles.
- DNA Elution: DNA is eluted from the particles using an Elution Buffer, providing purified DNA for downstream applications.

Skladištenje i stabilnost
For optimal performance:
- Store Proteinase K and MagPure Particles at 2-8°C (refrigerator) upon arrival.
Acceptable short-term storage:
- Proteinase K and MagPure Particles can be stored for up to 24 weeks at room temperature (15-25°C) without affecting their performance.
Remaining kit components:
- Store all other components dry at room temperature (15-25°C).
- They are stable for at least 18 mjeseci pod ovim uvjetima.
Storing the entire kit:
- The entire kit can be stored at 2-8°C for long-term storage.
- If storing the entire kit cold, ensure buffers are redissolved before use.
- Always warm all buffers to room temperature before using them.
