Načelo
- This product utilizes high-binding magnetic particles for purification.
- Samples are lysed and digested using a lysate and Lysozyme.
- DNA is released into the lysate during this process.
- Magnetic particles and binding solution are added, allowing DNA to be adsorbed onto the surface of the particles while impurities such as proteins are not adsorbed.
- The adsorbed particles undergo washing with a washing solution to remove proteins and impurities.
- Ethanol is used for further washing to remove salts.
- Finally, DNA is eluted using Elution Buffer.

Skladištenje i stabilnost
- MagPure Particles, Lizocim, and Proteinase K should be stored at 2-8°C upon arrival.
- Short-term storage (do 12 tjedni) na sobnoj temperaturi (15-25°C) ne utječe na njihovu izvedbu.
