Le “Solution de définition dNTP” is a ready-to-use kit consisting of four individual solutions: dATP, dCTP, dGTP, and dTTP. Each solution is prepared with ultrapure water at a concentration of 100mM (c'est-à-dire, 100mmol / L), with a purity exceeding 99% (HPLC), and is free from DNase and RNase contamination. Stockage：
Transport on ice packs. Store at -20 ºC, avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Shelf life is 2 années.
Usage Caution:
- Can be dissolved at room temperature; after dissolution, it should be stored in a ice box or on an ice bath. After use, store it immediately at -20°C.
