Principe
- Sample lysis and digestion facilitated by lysate and Protease.

Procédure:
- Sample lysis and digestion: Lysate and Protease act on the sample.

- Impurity removal: Proteins and impurities are removed without DNA adsorption.
- Lavage:

- Élution: DNA is eluted using an Elution Buffer.

Stockage et stabilité
Protéinase K, MagPureParticles should be stored at 2-8°C upon arrival. Cependant, stockage à court terme(jusqu'à 24 semaines) à température ambiante (15-25°C) n'affecte pas leurs performances.
