• Pure DNA Polymerase with a molecular weight of 94 kd.
• Possesses 5′-3′ DNA polymerase and 5′-3′ actividad de exonucleasa, but lacks 3′-5′ actividad de exonucleasa.
• Contains 10x PCR Buffer for direct loading, enhancing experimental efficiency.
• Extension speed of 1-2 kb/min.
• DNA template has A at the 3′ fin, facilitating direct cloning with TA vector.
