Principio
This product utilizes innovative magnetic bead technology for efficient DNA extraction:
- Lisis y digestión: The sample undergoes treatment with a special solution (lisado) y una enzima (proteasa) to break open cells and degrade proteins, Liberar el ADN al lisado.
- Binding to Magnetic Beads: Magnetic particles coated for high DNA affinity are added to the lysate. DNA molecules selectively bind to the surface of these beads, while impurities like proteins remain unbound.
- Lavado y purificación: A series of washes with different solutions remove unbound proteins and other cellular debris.
- Elución: A special elution buffer disrupts the interaction between the DNA and the magnetic beads, allowing the purified DNA to be collected in a separate tube.

Almacenamiento y estabilidad
Ideal Storage:
