Einführung:

Amino black 10B can be used to detect the protein on the imprinted membrane. When the transferred protein is more than 50ng/band, it can show a dark blue band on the light blue background. When determining the internal sequence, amino black is the most commonly used staining agent for protein sequencing and in-situ cleavage. Amino Black 10B Decolorizing Solution is mainly composed of sodium hydroxide and deionized water. It is suitable for the decolorization of membrane and glue after dyeing with Amino Black 10B Stain Solution. Its advantages are rapid decolorization and clear background.

Self-Provide Materials:

• Destilliertes Wasser
• 1xPBS
• Shaker

Protokoll (Nur als Referenz):

1. Dye according to the operation procedure of Amino Black 10B Stain Solution instruction.
2. Decolorize with Amino Black 10B Decolorizing Solution on a shaker overnight.
3. Rinse with distilled water, PBS, or other suitable solution.
4. Record or photograph the results properly.
