介紹	Trypan Blue Stain Solution, 0.4%, an azo dye derived from toluidine, also known as diamine blue or Niagara blue, serves as a vital stain in distinguishing viable cells from non-viable ones. It selectively stains dead tissues or cells blue, leaving live cells or tissues with intact cell membranes uncolored. The solution does not absorb into viable cells due to their selective permeability. 然而, it penetrates the cell membrane of dead cells, causing them to appear blue under the microscope. 這個方法, known as dye exclusion, is commonly employed in microscopy for cell counting.
協定	Collecting Cells: Centrifuge an aliquot of the cell suspension at 1000-2000 轉速為 1 minute and discard the supernatant. Resuspend the cell pellet in PBS.
