1kb plus DNA Marker is a DNA solution containing 1× Loading Buffer, which allows for direct electrophoresis with great convenience, using 5μL. 1kb plus DNA Marker consists of thirteen DNA fragments with sizes of 10000bp, 8000BP, 6000BP, 5000BP, 4000BP, 3000BP, 2000BP, 1500BP, 1000BP, 750BP, 500BP, 250BP, and 100bp, totaling 13 bands. When 5μL is used for electrophoresis, the DNA content of the 1500bp and 750bp fragments is approximately 100ng, and the rest of the bands are approximately 50ng.

使用注意事項:

• When the width of the sample wells in electrophoresis is less than 6mm, 上樣5μL產品即可獲得清晰的條帶. If the sample wells are widened, it is necessary to appropriately increase the amount of Marker product used for loading.
