Uvod
The tissue RNA Preserve Tube contains a safe tissue RNA protective agent. It can rapidly cleave salivary cells, inactivate nuclease, and protect RNA from degradation. Biological samples (tissues and cells) can be stored at room temperature (25°C) za 1 week, 4°C for 1 month, ili – 20°C / -80°C for a long time by simply soaking in the reagent. The tissue RNA Preserve Tube is suitable for preserving various fresh biological samples, such as animal tissue, plant tissue, cultured cells, itd.

Skladištenje i stabilnost
Tissue RNA Preserve Tubes should be stored dry at room temperature (15–25°C) i stabilni su najmanje 12 mjeseci pod ovim uvjetima, if not otherwise stated on the label. Storage of Reagents at lower temperatures may cause precipitation. Before using the reagent, redissolve the precipitate by heating to 37°C with agitation.
