Instructions:
Weigh 32g of this product and dissolve in 1000 ml of distilled water. Autoclave at 121℃ for 15 minutes for later use.
Quality Control and Typical Characteristics:
Inoculate 10-100 E. coli JM109, HB101 and incubate at 36±1℃ for 18-24 sati. Growth is obvious.
